Top photo is the home of George and Grace (O'Shaughnessy) Loucks, located at the west end of Mille Roches, next door east of Mille Roches United Church and overlooking Bergin Lake. This house was the 120th house to be relocated into Long Sault to 10 Saunders Avenue, and was known as SL 299. The house was vacant at the time of its move to Lot 283 on March 15, 1957. It was placed on its new foundation on March 18, 1957.
Bottom photo is of the Mille Roches Arena, officially opened on February 8, 1936. The officers of the first board were: President- George A. Butzer; Vice-President- I.G. Fleming; Secretary- Floyd E. Barkley; Treasurer- Percy E. Johnston; Directors- W.S. Fleming, Douglas Easter, Joe Robertson
